It all begun when Annys resigned from her HR role at Hilton, Millenium & Corpothorne Hotels. She then decided to pursue her love and passion for cooking. Initially, she prepared delicious meals for her family and few friends at home, while occasionally preparing dishes for their events and parties.
As she could no longer meet her friend's food demand (which kept increasing by the day) at home, she opened Timber Gardens in 2015 in Croydon.
In addition, Anny's Mini Market was opened in Streatham (2016) to cater for African and Caribbean groceries due to the many request for the ingredient used in preparing her dishes. She opened a grocery store in 2018 in Croydon.
In August 2021, Anny's Restaurant & Bar was launched in Croydon to serve delicious African dishes for all food lovers.
